Lim Electronics & Appliances Limited endeavour to ensure that advertised items are available for the life of the catalogue or until sold out. Some products advertised may not be displayed and are subject to availability, a rain check can be issued holding the advertised price upon delivery. If good are unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control we do not accept responsibility. All sizes quoted in this website should be quoted approximate only. Savings are off our suggested retail prices. We reserve the right to correct any website print errors or misprints. Accessories are used for photographic purposes only, and are not included in pricing of products featured. Delivery and installation available (fees may apply) ask in store. Gift vouchers/cards is not available online. By redemption: all bonus and rebate offers unless otherwise stated are by redemption only. See in store for details. Finance not available online.
PURCHASING FROM LIM ELECTRONICS & APPLIANCES LIMITED
Lim Electronics & Appliances Limited gives customers a convenient and secure shopping. Products displayed on this site can be purchased using an online through a secure connection via POLi (payment gateway) or via direct debit.
You may order products from this website site in accordance with these terms and conditions. An order placed through this Site is an offer by you to purchase the Product for the listed price (including the freight and any other charges) at the time the order is placed.
You agree to provide us with your up to date, accurate, non-fraudulent, & complete details when submitting an order. We only deliver to a house/company address and someone must be there to sign and collect the item, we do not deliver to a PO BOX address. This includes Courier sales.
Each order placed for Products through the Site that is accepted, results in a separate binding agreement between you and us for the supply of those Products. For each order accepted by us, we will supply the Products to you in accordance with these terms and conditions and provide you with an email confirmation of the order.
If your order is rejected, then we will endeavour to notify you at the time you place the order or within a reasonable time once the order is submitted.
We will charge you, and you agree to pay, the purchase price of each product that is ordered, the delivery and/or installation fee for your order that we notify to you when you place your order ("Delivery & Installation") and any other fees and charges set out in these terms and conditions.
If we do not have a particular Product ordered in stock, then we will use reasonable time frame of 30 days to order the relevant Product. We will notify you of any anticipated delivery delays.
All fees and charges identified in these terms and conditions and all prices for the Products include GST where applicable.
All warranties and extended warranties are limited to New Zealand.
The purchase price of each Product is shown on the product list on the Site at the time you place your order. Subject to typos/mis-prints, and delivery address, once ordered the price of your product will not change.
The purchase price of a Product on the Site may not be the same or correspond to the prices in any of our stores for the same Product and we are not obliged but will endeavor to match any prices or notify you of price changes.
You may pay the fees and charges for an accepted order using the following payment methods: Direct Debit, or via POLi Payment (gateway for people without credit cards, or for those who have them but would prefer not to to use them to shop online or pay a bill online). You authorise us to debit the amount that is payable for an accepted order from your nominated bank account. If you use the POLi gateway, the details that appear on your statement will be “FC03-0219-0059779-00” Plus an unique POLi transaction number. If you use the bank direct debit option and you log into your bank account the details that appear on your statement will be "LIM ELECTRONICS & APPLIANCES LIMITED".
If we are unable to successfully process your payment then we may cancel your order. We are employing anti-fraud software to ensure transactions are processed legally. You must not pay, or attempt to pay, for Products through any fraudulent or unlawful means. If we believe a fraudulent or overseas credit card is being used we have the right to reject your order at our discretion.
For Bedding and associated accessories, if you purchase online or via the phone we are unable to return or swap.
We will provide you with an invoice confirmation by email and also a physical invoice at time of delivery which details the total fees and charges for your order.
Clause 1) The Customer agrees that the Supplier shall retain the title in the supplied goods until payment is received in full.
Clause 2) The Customer agrees that in the event of non-payment on insolvency the Customer an/or its agents shall permit the Supplier and/or its agents to enter without any hindrance, the premises to repossess the supplied goods.
Clause 3) The Customer agrees that proceeds of any sale of the supplied goods to a third party (customers client(s)) shall be the property of the Supplier and such funds shall be kept (in Trust) in a separate bank account naming Supplier as the beneficial owner and such funds shall be used towards full payment of the supplied goods in the event of non-payment or insolvency by the customer.
Clause 4) The Customer (if a company) agrees that in the event of non-compliance with these above Romalpa Clauses, The Executives of the Company shall also become personally liable for full-payment of the goods supplied by the supplier.
CANCELLING ORDERS / PRODUCT RETURNS / ERRORS
We may cancel any part of an order, at any time without any liability for that cancellation if the Products in that order are not available; or if there is an error in the price or the product description posted on the Site for the Product; or that we reasonably believe your order has been placed in breach of these terms and conditions. If we cancel your order we will endeavour to provide you with reasonable notice of that cancellation, and will not charge you for the cancelled order. Lim Electronics & Appliances Limited are under no obligation to complete a sale if pricing or other product information is displayed incorrectly and/or in error.
You must check any Product delivered to you to determine if it is damaged. If a Product is damaged on delivery, then you should refuse to take receipt of that Product and notify us through email or phone. If you notice damage to a Product after delivery, you should notify us within 7 days of delivery. If so, you may return the product to us in accordance with this clause.
If you are shopping in one of our 100% Appliances Stores, we would endeavour to assist you to purchase the correct appliance for your new home by asking you the right questions. However, this is not as easy when you order online. If you need help or have questions about any products please contact us first, before you purchase online.
If you do purchase online or instore and want to return the product you purchase, please note that there is no legal requirement for 100% Lim Electronics & Appliances to accept returned goods if you have merely changed your mind. However, 100% Lim Electronics & Appliances may accept certain goods back if they are returned unopened, unused and in original undamaged condition within a period of 7 days only. Noting that Restocking Fees apply 30-35% depending on the company of return. Contact 100% Lim Electronics first to see if this applies to the goods that you wish to return. Unfortunately, software, personal hygiene products and headphones may only be returned if they are faulty. They cannot be returned simply because you have changed your mind about them. You are also entitled to all guarantees and rights to return faulty goods that may be given by the manufacturer of the goods and by law except where excluded in these terms and conditions.

If your product has been shipped we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or faulty. If this is the case, the product will be either repaired or replaced under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Refunds will only be refunded to the purchaser of the product, with photo ID and proof of purchase in store. Refunds via internet, subject to stores discretion, and proof of purchase.
If you have purchased extended warranties that cover the purchased product longer than the manufacturer's warranty you have the right to change your mind within 5 working days of purchasing the extended warranty to have this withdrawn from the product and the price of the extended warranty purchased refunded back to you.
Exclusions to the Fair Trading Act 1986 and Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
Where you are in trade, you agree it is fair and resonable that the following provisions of the Fair Trading Act are excluded:
- Section 9 which prohibits misleading and deceptive conduction general;
- Section 12A which prohibits unsubstantiated representations; and
- Section 13 which prohibits false or misleading representations.
The guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are excluded for all purchases of goods made for business purposes. However any manufacture's warranty and the Sale of Goods Act 1908 will continue to apply.
All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and include GST (15% sales tax).
Order confirmation and invoices are automatically delivered via email.
We will only deliver Products ordered through the Site to a location where we provide delivery services. We deliver to the Auckland Area (within 25 kms of 18 Cavendish Drive, Manukau City, Auckland, New Zealand). For some appliances we can arrange courier shipping at the cost to the customer to other areas outside Auckland. You may obtain further information on this Site regarding our delivery time frames and how we deliver certain Products. The Delivery Fee for your order depends on the type of Product you order (in particular, the size and weight of the Product(s) and also your location. In some circumstances, a rural delivery may incur an extra surcharge. If you are purchasing online please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org or ring us on 09-2634808 for costs on delivery and/or installation. Each situation and location is different, therefore costs will vary, so it is important that we know where you are and what needs to be completed.
You agree to
comply with certain delivery requirements specified in these terms and
conditions and any other requirements that we notify you of when you place your
order through the Site. We suggest that you be present to accept the delivery
of your order. We may require the person accepting the delivery of your
order to provide us with proof of that person's identity (including
photographic identification) and, where relevant, age. If the order has been
paid by credit card, then we may also ask you to show us the credit card for us
to conduct our verification checks.
If there is no one over 18 years of age who is available at the Delivery Address to receive the order or then we will not deliver the Products you have ordered. In this instance, we will endeavour to contact you or you may contact us to arrange for delivery at a different time, and we may charge you an additional delivery fee for that replacement delivery.
Risk and title to the Products passes to you on the date and time of delivery to the specified delivery address.
We can arrange for home appliances to be shipped to the Pacific Islands
